Everyone apparently just wants to change the migration law, just for the sake of changing the migration law. And as soon as the change passes, I can see their opinion on changing it back-all positive. Whether they vote to change the migration law appears to have nothing to do with whether they would actually like the change, since as soon as the change passes a bunch of them go sign migration treaties with one another (as well as me). They've been doing this on a near-perfect cadence: as soon as the cooldown on changing the migration law ends, they call a vote to change it back to whatever it was before.ģ. This appears to have nothing to do with what the actual change is: whether it's enabling free migration or disabling it, not a single AI empire votes no.Ģ. Every AI empire, without exception, votes to pass the change. Whenever they get the chance, some of them call a vote to change the migration law.ġ. It's endgame and I added a lot of subjects to my federation. I suspect this isn't a bug per se, but it's definitely undesirable (and probably unintended) AI behavior.
